The Experience

This post is long overdue but I wanted to take some times to sit on my experience. It was a Dark Moon when I sat down and attempted to contact Lilith. I really didn't know what I was going to find.

I spent a lot of time getting all the pieces to the altar just right. I had ordered a custom candle and some hand crafted Lilith Oil. I had a sit down wooden altar table custom made....As you can tell, I wanted everything to be perfect.

It was November 30th 2024.

Yea, it's been a while.

I am not one for Magickal Record Keeping, or should I say, never used to be.

It was the hardest part of being a witch for me. I know I'm not the only one who struggles with that aspect of witchcraft. Perhaps that's why deciding to do this website was a difficult one. I knew that it would require magickal record keeping of a sort.

That night was the first time that I had no issues with writing. In fact I filled page after page of my experience with Lilith. I have to say of all the deities that I've communicated with, This by far was the most profound and real experience.

Now when I say Real, I'm not saying that communicating with Santa Muerte or Nyx or Gaia wasn't real. I think we all have an idea of what communicating with Deity is supposed to be like. I had an idea of what it was and I thought the experiences I had with past deities was what it was to communicate with deity....Until I sat with Lilith.

I had turned on a Lilith Meditation Drumming and sound that I found on YouTube.

It was something like 5 hours of Lilith Music. I had that going on my computer. I turned off all the lights, except the twinkle lights in my room of course. I cast a circle using this beautiful circle rug that i recently purchased, I find having a circle rug like this helps with the circle boundaries.

I had dressed my candle with my Lilith Oil and added the corresponding herbs that I felt aligned best. Circle cast, with me sitting in front of the Altar, I waited.

It wasn't long until it happened. The wave of energy that came through my body. You know when you get a sudden shiver, and you joke and say a ghost just walked through you. Yea, that times 100.

Then it was the voice. Now I am not a clairaudient Witch, Some Witch's hear things.....I don't. As I sat with the energy flowing and that dizzy in the head feeling like i had just shot gunned a beer, I heart it.

"It all makes sense now doesn't it?"

My first thought as I snapped my eyes open was that it was a voice on the track playing from Youtube. But as I sat there, I realized it wasn't coming from my witchy desk at all. My next question was what was it that was making sense?

Let me tell you, this was very confusing, yet not all at the same time.

I felt everything that was happening was as real as it could be and I was in the middle of it. So I decided to close my eyes and get back to sitting with Lilith.

I needed more clarification so I pulled out my Tarot and Oracle decks that I was working with that month and asked for more to the message.

I know the cards never lie, but what I got out of using Tarot and Oracle and a communication device with Deity was astounding.

It did all make sense now....and I can't believe that 15 years as a Witch I never saw, felt or heard any of this.

In fact, I had it all wrong. She was there, she's been there and I was looking to the right when she was over to the left. This goes all the way back a generation to my mother. Even then, she was there. When I was a kid.....she was there. She's been walking along side me for 43 years. And I just now turned my head left and saw her smiling at me.

It does.......all make sense now.
